How does SupliChainPRO work?SupliChainPRO works by offering product developers and manufacturers a custom supply chain solution to meet both their product and business requirements. When our customers reach out to us for the first time, we take the time to really understand their needs, painpoints and what their business KPI's are. SupliChainPRO then does an analysis phase looking at key decisions based on the initial discussion with the customer. Like the location, target unit costs, any specific capabilties needed or resources. Once we align with the customer on our analysis, we then start the Request for Quotation phase (RFQ), which is based on various amounts of data and maturity depending on the stage of product development. SupliChainPRO wil in most cases offer several options with pro's and con's or a risk profile so that the right decision can be made by the customer on which supply chain to select. Each customer and product is uniquely different, so we create a fully custom supply chain that offers the best solution to meet theproduct and business KPI's. Once the supply chain is agreed and unit cost finalised, SupliChainPRO will then enter formal contract for services to deliver the project. This includes NDA or IP agreements, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and/or Master Services Agreement (MSA).

Who should use SupliChainPRO?Customers for SupliChainPRO vary across different sectors and maturity. Some are getting a product to market for the first time, and some are very well established companies looking to improve an existing supply chain, or create a new one for a new technology deployment. Typically the top 10 painpoints we see from our customers are: Paying too high tariff costs and need alternative manufacturing location. Paying too high a cost for tooling/part price and need significant cost down. Shipping and logistics are driving up costs so a new solution are needed. Big problems with quality from esting supply chain thats harming company reputation or delaying launch costing revenue. Lack of visability on unit cost/COGS to really understand where the opportunities for improvement are. Cost of travel to support builds is gettingout of control, with mistakes being made costing on quality and lead-times for mass production. Complex assemblies or technology deployment taking longer that initially planned. Current supply chain is broken and needs alternatives before project is canned. Engineering resources are not sufficient or lack expertise so extra support is needed. Has a product with high volumes/mix that needs an automation solution.
