Our cost down analysis for existing product solution analyses your current cost of goods (CoGS) and aims to look at ways to lower the unit cost whilst mainting (or even improving), the quality and the product performance and specification.
As we are not tied in with one particular supplier or manufacturer we have a pool of approved vendors in our database that can produce your parts, sub-assemblies and final product at a lower cost due to scale of operations, access to world-class facilities and equipment as well as expert knowledge in materials, processes and manufacturing techniques.
